US Aluminum Services has proudly served Central Florida Residents and Building Contractors since 2003 and has completed over 15,000 backyard home improvement projects. Sure, that’s a lot of jobs, but we assure you that each project has been unique, and each created a special place for our clients to enjoy.
Leading the charge to offer our Central Florida clients the best quality, value, and service in the industry is the husband and wife team of Thiago Davila and Michelle Sanchez.
As Founder and license holder for the company, Thiago serves as Vice President of US Aluminum and President and Founder of Davila Homes Construction. Since moving to the United States from Brazil in 1998, he has established himself as a successful, self-made entrepreneur with a deep passion for residential construction. When Thiago is not busy collaborating with his clients and his team, he loves enjoying his other passions – his family, soccer, fishing and cooking!
As President of US Aluminum, Michelle is proud to oversee an outstanding team that exceeds expectations and continues to raise the standards of the industry. Her passion centers on growing the people and the business to be better than before. Michelle loves building a business that provides quality products and a great experience for the customer but also offers a great place to work for its employees. Outside of US Aluminum, Michelle loves her role as “Mom” and loves traveling with her family.

BEST WARRANTY IN THE BUSINESS
US Aluminum Services, Corp. guarantees for 2 full years all material and workmanship, and 5 years for the Screen Enclosures and Pool Enclosures Aluminum Frames against crazing,cracking, chipping, peeling and blistering. The warranty period shall be from the date of installation, but subject to the following conditions. US Aluminum Services, Corp. will not honor any oral agreements between sales representatives and customer unless it is in writing on face of agreement.
US Aluminum Services, Corp. warranties all new work against leaks for a period of two years. Under no circumstances will US Aluminum Services, Corp. warranty for water leaks on existing roofs or overhangs, as it is not unsual for existing leaks to appear only after attachment of new aluminum roofs to existing overhangs, as these types of leaks are not noticeable beforehand.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. US Aluminum obligations under this warranty shall be performed only by persons designated and compensated by US Aluminum. The homeowner will provide free access for the performance of warranty inspections and services and be responsible for extra costs due to inability to gain access for warranty inspections or services after reasonable advance notice. Any repair, refinishing or replacement not authorized by US Aluminum shall release US Aluminum from all liabilities and obligations with respect to the Products involved.
2. The original warranty period is not extended by any warranty service or replacement, but the remaining warranty period continues in effect and applies under the conditions hereof of the warranty service or replacement.
3. US Aluminum warrants the Products only against defects due to faulty design or manufacture, not against damage due to other causes, such as flooding, hurricane, tornado, falling or wind-borne objects, vandalism, exposure to harmful chemicals or materials, misues, abuse, negligence and failure to provide periodic maintenance.
4. If US Aluminum elects to replace any products under this warranty, it may substitute Products designed by it to be of comparable quality or price range. If US Aluminum elects to refinish any Products, it may use different coating materials and different methods of applying the same.
5. This writing embodies the entire warranty of US Aluminum and NO OTHER WARRANTIES are given beyond those set forth herein. ORAL STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES and are not part of this agreement or any other sales contract.
Homeowner must submit signed copy within thirty days of installation date in order for warranty to valid to address below.
