Lead Installers and Helpers Needed

$45k + per year earning potential for Lead Installers, Helpers start at $35K, Signing Bonuses Offered

Come Join our Team! US Aluminum Services is seeking experienced installers. We are a family owned and operated business, and have been located in Central Florida for over 15 years. Our ideal candidate, along with the meeting requirements below, will be dependable, loyal, honest and hardworking. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to join our family.

Duties & Responsibilities:
– Install & Pre-Fab Screen Rooms, Screen Enclosures and Sun Rooms
– Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
– If English is not your first language, that is ok!
– Ensures company property, vehicles and tools are properly used, maintained and accounted for.
– Completes all paperwork in an accurate, thorough and timely manner.
– Collects payments from customers.
– Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns.
– Performs other duties as needed or assigned

**Company vehicle will be provided along with gas cards, e-pass & all appropriate tools**

Qualifications:
– Have at least 1 + year of experience in aluminum installations
– Valid driver licenses and clean driving record required for lead installers
– Available to work flexible work hours as needed
– Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment
